We provide eye health and vision examinations for people of all ages. It is recommended that children have an eye examination by the age of three or sooner if the parents sense there is a problem. Eye exams for children under the age of 18 years are covered under the Saskatchewan Health program. Saskatchewan Health also now covers yearly exams for those that are being treated for diabetes. We provide eye health and vision examinations for RCMP, Police, and Firefighter recruits. Occupational Safety eye examinations are also provided and we offer a full selection of Safety frames and lenses. We are able to direct bill to many insurance companies.

With advancements in soft contact lens technology, almost anyone can enjoy the benefits of vision without glasses. We offer contact lenses created with new materials, including Silicone Hydrogel that transmits more oxygen to your eyes for more comfortable wear. Plus, with the advent of disposable and even multi-focal, there's a contact lens option available to almost anyone. Our optometrists are able to diagnose eye diseases and will write a prescription for medication if needed to help treat some of these diseases. They will also refer you for additional treatment and care if it is required.
Our Optometrists provide refractive surgery consultations and after a full examination they will determine if you are a good candidate for the surgery. They are also very involved in pre and post-operative care of the surgery. Our doctors work closely with Horizon Laser Vision Centre. Diagnosis and treatment of sore, irritated, red, or injured eyes by your optometrist is covered under the Saskatchewan Health program. Give us a call and we will work hard to see you as soon as possible.
